PERSONAL DATA HELD BY FRIENDS OF THE EARTH (HK)

Friends of the Earth (HK) holds personal data or other information which is provided to us from the likes of Event Registration forms, Membership Forms and Volunteer Forms, in relation to the provisions of service and ensures that the aforementioned personal data is handled in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

The data requested is necessary for Friends of the Earth (HK) to process registration and application requests, provide updates and request feedback. If the applicant fails to provide such information to Friends of the Earth (HK), Friends of the Earth (HK) may decline to provide its service to the applicant.

TRANSFER AND EXCHANGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Friends of the Earth (HK) may transfer and exchange the personal data for internal evaluation and processing of registration for FoE Events, Membership, Volunteer services and donation or sponsorship requests. The personal data held by Friends of the Earth (HK) may be used for credit verification, administration, and disclosure as required under applicable law.

DATA ACCESS AND CORRECTION REQUESTS
